RETURN CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURES
- This clause does not apply to all fruits, foods, beverages and/or other perishable items. We will not be able to refund, return or exchange packaged products or products included in the shipment.
- For a full refund, the gift must not be damaged or stained in any way and the original packaging must be intact. Incomplete items with damaged packaging will not be eligible for a successful refund.
- If we receive the returned merchandise 5 days after delivery or a refund notification, we may refuse to accept the returned merchandise.
- All refunds for orders placed online or by phone will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account used by the customer to pay within 5days prior to purchase. Cash refunds are not available.
Under the terms of the Merchandise Quality Policy, all discounted merchandise and promotional items are non-refundable unless they are in unacceptable condition. To receive a full refund, damaged merchandise must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
